These terms govern your use of trollingtimecharters.com and our booking system, operated by Trolling Time Charters LLC. By making a booking, you agree to these terms. Charter and lodging booking terms are also published at lillyridge.com/terms.

Bookings

• All trips are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment is received.
• Trips may be rescheduled or cancelled by the captain for weather or safety.
• Fishing and boating involve inherent risks; all guests must sign a waiver before boarding.

Text Message (SMS) Terms

• By ticking the booking-texts checkbox when booking, you consent to receive booking-related SMS from Trolling Time Charters LLC (Lilly Ridge Resort / Blue Jay Charters): confirmations, reminders, trip-day and check-in details. Program name: Lilly Ridge booking texts.
• Add-on offers (firewood, ice, charter upgrades) are sent only if you also tick the separate, optional offers checkbox when booking a cabin or package.
• Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance, or call Trolling Time Charters LLC at (931) 202-3729.
• Opting in to text messages is not a condition of booking or purchase.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
