• Booking details (dates, party size, trip type, special requests)
• Payment information, processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers

How We Use Your Information

• To process and manage your bookings
• To send booking confirmations, reminders and trip details
• To send text messages (SMS) if you have opted in
• To communicate with you about your trip or stay

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you opt in by ticking the booking-texts checkbox when booking at lillyridge.com, Trolling Time Charters LLC (Lilly Ridge) may send you booking confirmations, reminders, trip-day and check-in details. The checkbox is unchecked by default and separate from accepting our policies. If you book by phone, our staff ask before signing you up. Offers for add-ons (firewood, ice, charter upgrades) are sent only if you also tick a second, separate offers checkbox on the cabin or package booking form; it is optional and not required to book. Phone sign-ups never receive offers.

• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your booking activity.
• Consent to receive texts is not required to make a booking or purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third party, affiliate or lead generator.

We use Twilio only as our service provider to deliver our text messages; it may not use your number for any other purpose.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Twilio — only as our service provider for delivering our text messages
• Our captains and staff — only what is needed to prepare for your trip

All of the above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent: this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Security and Retention

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted database access and limited staff access. We keep booking records for operational and legal purposes. To have your data deleted, contact us and we will process the request within 30 days.
